Why Ike is Late

WHY ISN'T IKE AVAILABLE FOR FIRE EMBLEM HEROES YET?! 
I haven't drawn these guys in a while so this was fun, but seriously where is my non-buff Ike? Or even where is my buff Ike? ;-;
Anyways, this game is so great! Sad, I still never got my boys yet, but I did roll 5* Lucina on my third try! Hopefully I can get some of the others next time!
